At the beginning of 2025, the European Commission published its action plan on the cybersecurity of hospitals and healthcare providers.
As part of this plan, the European Competence Centre for Cybersecurity (ECCC) is planning to publish a call topic, titled 'Dedicated action to reinforce hospitals and healthcare providers'. This call topic aims to reach hospitals, healthcare providers and cybersecurity providers within this sector. A first public draft can be found in the Digital Europe Work Programme 2025 to 2027 (under topic 2.14).
Shortly after the proposed call opening, the NCC-DE offers a proposal writing workshop focusing on this specific call topic to support institutions and companies interested in applying to this call.
Participants benefit from a well-established workshop approach to support applicants to develop strong proposals for the Digital Europe funding program. They will learn about:
- Funding within the Digital Europe program.
- Creating a very first proposal sketch (team work).
- Writing a compelling and compliant project proposal.
- Essential application information and avoiding common mistakes.
- Building and coordinating effective European consortia.
- Align project goals with EU cybersecurity policy priorities.
Take the opportunity to exchange ideas with others and receive insightful tips for your successful application.
It is required to build a consortium of participants from at least two different EU member states. Therefore, it is a major goal of this workshop to provide the opportunity of networking with other applicants. Joint breaks and productive group work sessions will offer chances for an exchange of ideas among workshop participants.
The NCC-DE is looking forward to your participation.
